City of Boston Artists-in-Residence Program | Year Three Evaluation, Year Four Technical Assistance
We were brought on to complete program evaluation for the third year of the City of Boston’s innovative and ambitious artists-in-residence (AIR) program. We attended artist-led workshops, performances, facilitated meetings, conducted interviews and focus groups, and created a logic model and other tools to structure thinking and consider the complexity of the endeavor. We completed two versions of the report, one comprehensive one for internal use and a shorter one available to the public (below). We were hired back to support the team in the fourth year of the program by offering several workshops for participants focused on building successful partnerships.
