Building off a concept I pioneered as a staff member, developed vision and produced inaugural conference for new network of urban industrial reuse projects.
Working under the guidance of Rick Lowe and researcher Assata Richards, our team developed strategies and co-wrote final report for the Emancipation Economic Development Council, based at Project Row Houses in Houston, TX to support community-driven cultural and economic development.

Client: Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy
Working with a national team of consultants, I guided the creative direction and community engagement strategy for the Presidio Exchange, a proposal for a new inclusive cultural center on Crissy Field. (link to px.org)

I worked with a team of students from MIT and the University of Kwazulu natal to create a sustainable business plan for community-based tourism initiative run by informal traders and Asiye eTafuleni (a community-based urban planning organization) in Durban, South Africa.
